Prefer a Studio Setting?
These sessions are designed for on-location storytelling, but if a studio setting better suits your needs, let’s talk! Limited studio sessions may be available upon request.
Image Selection Process
After your session, we’ll schedule a Zoom Reveal & Ordering Session within one week, where you’ll select your favorite images from an online gallery and place any additional orders for prints, digital images, or albums.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
If you need to reschedule, just let us know at least 14 days before your session. There’s no rescheduling fee, and your payment will be applied to the new session date within 90 days.
If you cancel within 7 days, you’ll receive a 50% refund. If you reschedule within the 90-day window, your original payment will be applied to the new date, with any remaining balance due one week before the rescheduled session.
Please note: If your session is rescheduled after the promotional period (post-May 31st, 2025), the complimentary gift prints will no longer be included, but we’ll discuss other options for prints during your ordering session.
